What Ebdaat Offersin Printing

Every job is different. Some can be produced in minutes, while others may take several days. Tell us when you need your job finished and we'll let you know whether it can be done. We do our very best to meet even your most demanding deadlines.

Portable Document Format (PDF) is generally the preferred format for print, since it works with virtually all professional printing equipment and digital output devices. By design, a PDF carries the information needed to keep a document consistent from one system to another. Most other formats, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Word, convert easily to PDF.

Design, layout and printing technology have come so far that much of the work now happens in a digital, what-you-see-is-what-you-get environment. Even so, there are sometimes noticeable differences in color calibration and spatial accuracy from one screen to another, and therefore from screen to print.

Minimizing any variation starts with adjusting your monitor for optimal color and sharpness, following the manufacturer's recommendations in the product manual or on its website. Doing so heads off a number of potential issues.

Beyond that, tools are available that ensure accurate color calibration for the closest possible screen-to-print match. You may already have invested in one. If so, tell us what you use and we'll work with you to get the best results. If you're thinking of buying a color calibration tool, talk to us first; we'll be happy to share our advice.

A proof is a one-off copy of your printed document used for a visual check, to make sure its layout and colors are exactly as they should be. It is made before the document goes to press for the final print run.

We'll usually send you a proof online as a PDF, or on printed paper that you can view at our shop or have delivered to you in person. For multicolor jobs, we can produce a proof on our own output device to show you how the different colors will look on the finished product.

Your approval of the final proof is your best assurance that every aspect of our work and yours is correct, and that everything reads and looks the way you want. Mistakes can and sometimes do happen. Everyone benefits when errors are caught at the proofing stage rather than after the job is finished and delivered.
